Pet Emergency Traveler Kit® (P.E.T. Kit®)

Product Information

The Pet Emergency Traveler Kit® (P.E.T. Kit®) consists of 3 items: 

• A Pet Inside Sign to hang in the window or on the door where your pet is located.  Write your cell phone number on it so someone can contact you in the event of an emergency    
• Pet Info Cards on which you write details about your pet location.  You insert the Pet Info Card in the slots in the Hang Tag 
• A Hang Tag that says "Emergency Pet Info" on it.  Once the Pet Info Card is inserted (information side inward for privacy), put the Hang Tag on the rear view mirror of your car.  When you leave the car, remove the Pet Info Card and put it in your pocket or wallet so the pet location information will always be where you are

The Pet Inside Sign comes with a suction cup for easy mounting.  It is printed on heavy duty 24 point UV-coated tag.  It is bright red and measures 3¾”x3¾”, so it is big enough to be seen yet small enough to be discreet.  The Pet Inside sign is also available separately.

The Pet Info Card is the size of a traditional business card, 3½”x2”.  You get 5 Pet Info Cards with each P.E.T. Kit®.  One side says “Emergency Pet Info”.  The other side has 4 lines on which you can write the name and phone number of the Hotel or RV Park where your pet is located, the Room # or RV Site #, your Pet’s name and any info you deem necessary (for example our friend who travels with her cat writes “cat will be under the bed”) and emergency contact info.  We write in my Mom’s name and # so if something happens to us, emergency personnel know who to call.  Refill packs of 10 Pet Info Cards are also available. 

The Hang Tag is printed on 12 point tag so it is flexible enough to insert a Pet Info Card.  It is UV-coated on the street-facing side which makes it resistant to tearing (of course, care should be taken when handling the Hang Tag to ensure length of service).  It is bright red and measures 3¾”x6¾”.
