We advise you do not ship to an office location, newer address or location where there is high traffic for your own protection. Buyer is responsible for all items shipped. If your name is not registered at the place your order is shipped to, please inform the location to expect your package and leave a note for the carrier and contact your post office. If you have a concern about your delivery location, please contact us and request signature confirmation. We will gladly provide you with this option if you contact us via phone or email. A small fee will apply. Delivery location is specified by the customer and at their own risk if not a secure residence mailbox or personal location. We recommend using a secure address always. Notice: Mail fraud & theft are considered a Federal Offense. Any suspicion of mail theft or fraudulent claims will be pursued by an investigation & prosecution.
Paypal Payments/Shipping: Paypal users are requested to cross-check their paypal shipping address and update it when using this method. Paypal’s shipping will default to the account holders registered address unless payment is made by phone or another method. Should you use a relative’s or share a Paypal account, we request you update their default shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to registered Paypal addresses even if you entered a separate delivery address as Paypal by default issues the shipping label to the account holders address. You may contact Paypal at any time regarding a change or update or simply visit www.Paypal.com or contact us immediately by email regarding a change of address. Signature Confirmation: Customer may request signature confirmation for deliveries to business locations & apartments. Additional fees do apply (approximately $2) and the customer must be present at time of delivery to sign. If not present and returned to seller, the buyer will be responsible for additional delivery fees to re-send.
Shipping Fees: Our Fees are automatically calculated and displayed for you after filling out your shipping address/location. Please note sales tax is added for the State of Florida when applicable.

Undeliverable: Orders returned to us marked "undeliverable" are the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for re-delivery fees and confirming their address with their local carrier. TedSaid Inc. and PetTravelKit.com do not assume responsibility for undeliverable packages as we do not alter the entered address information. If you have recently moved you are requested to always inform your new building, association and postal office carrier of your current shipping location. Tracking: If you would like to track your order we will gladly provide you the information from our carrier at your convenience.

Shipping & Handling: We try to ship all in stock items within 1 business day of your order. We primarily use USPS or UPS depending on the size of your order. Please be advised the shipping time may vary. Most items are shipped First Class Mail unless a different option is selected. Larger orders ship via USPS Priority "unless" UPS or Express is requested.
Average Shipping Times: Our Shipping is standard USPS First Class approximately 3-7 days. Timing is dependent upon destination. USPS Priority approximately 2-3 days. TedSaid Inc. and PetTravelKit.com make no guarantees as to shipping timing and offers "approximates" only as USPS does not guarantee with the exception of "Express" if placed prior to noon EST. Timing is dependent upon destination as well as time of day order is placed. Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority unless otherwise requested. Express Shipping is available for next business day deliveries if placed prior to noon. Please read details below. UPS is available by special request.
International customers: Please be advised we are not responsible for customs delays or missing packages. It is very common for packages to be held in customs for varying lengths of time. If this is a challenge for you we apologize that we cannot assist you. We deliver packages direct to USPS in a timely manner to ensure the fastest receipt possible, however we do not guaranteed shipment timing and customs timing will vary. Kindly contact us with any or all concerns prior to your order should you have any questions. We highly suggest you email us to request registered mail ($10 fee) or insurance for large orders and always for orders delivered to work addresses or insecure locations. We are not responsible should your item be misplaced at work etc. so this is recommended for your safety. We will gladly invoice you upon receiving your request.
Express Delivery: Next business day Delivery. Additional fee applies. $18 & up. Please note orders must be in by noon for next business day delivery. We will do our best if later in the day as well. We always go out of our way to make that special trip for our customers when we are able to.

Return Policy: If you have a problem with your order please contact us within 30 business days (some exceptions apply) at info@pettravelkit.com so we can issue an authorization number in a timely manner. Kindly describe the problem. We try to learn from your experience and make it a pleasurable one. Returns must be accompanied by original product packaging and accompanied by an authorization number. Return Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless items were damaged. A re-stocking fee will apply for large returns and used product in certain cases.
